Home Grown Releaf was born in North Hollywood, California in the fall of 2018. Home Grown Releaf was founded by Carl Kaplan with the core value of helping people improve their well-being on a daily basis.

Having experienced many hardships as a recovering addict, Carl has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about the battles and adversity associated with substance abuse.

Carl’s love for the CrossFit Community, his understanding of those struggling with aches, pains, and mental barriers, as well as his devotion to providing the highest quality products is what sets him apart in this industry.

“Recover Better” is a way of life. It drives everything we do and everything we strive to accomplish. Home Grown Releaf may be small, but the impact we leave won’t be. Our mission is to help people “Recover Better”, support causes and organizations that do the same, and inspire people to keep fighting to overcome their struggles.
